Anti-Smoking Ad

Introduction
in this blog post i will be talking about anti smoking adverts and what it portrays to its audience.

The mise-en-scene for this advert is that it is in a dull grey shade so that it can set out a sad meaningful advert and it can get to people’s emotions. The advert was about an old man who smokes and was sent to hospital and they had to get his voice box and that he found that he has lung cancer as well so by NHS using people that are affected badly by smoking. his telling the story of children coming to see him the hospital because he knows he’s about to die but calls it a holiday and about who he will be leaving behind effects people that smoke and the people that don’t smoke so that they can inform people they know who smokes about what can happen to them if they carry on smoking. The sound of the advert is all natural so this means that the advert doesn’t have any sound effect to it and so that it makes it look more effective towards the people that smoke and are looking to quit smoking.
